Hull Construction
Entire vessel is an epoxy, Kevlar/Glass, foam composite with additional carbon reinforcements in strategic areas. All flat panels were laminated and cured under vacuum on tables, the curved shell components were all molded over male tooling using hand lamination.
The carbon fiber epoxy build allows for an extremely efficient operation using up to 40% less fuel than equivalent monohull vessels of similar size. This equates to an ecologically conscious operation.
