I was born in Passaic, New Jersey, 10 miles west of NYC. I started boating with my father as early as I can remember – on the Passaic River and Newark Bay, out to the Hudson and New York Harbor and to Brooklyn and Coney Island. Then on to the Jersey Shore in our wooden cabin cruiser with a compass and a flat head six cylinder motor. Later, I developed a passion for classic wooden boat restoration and totally restored 2 boats. I moved to Miami in 1992 and started to work at Ft Apache and Wellcraft in New Boat Sales and Brokerage. My interest turned to European Boat Builders and I have over the years sold multiple boats for manufacturers including Cranchi, Fairline, Baia, Neptunis, Regal, PR Marine Germany 102′ to 125′, and more recently, Sunseeker. I enjoy seeing Yachts being built and the different Hull designs and construction techniques. and have had some great teachers along the way, such as Paolo Caliari and Geoncarlo Batista and I have visited many shipyards around the world. I believe you become an important part of your customers boating experience and you must be there for them before, during, and after the purchase.
